ADULT EDUCATION

Adult education is a practice in which adults engage in systematic and sustained self-educating activities in order to gain new forms of knowledge, skills, attitudes, or values. It can mean any form of learning adults engage in beyond traditional schooling, encompassing basic literacy to personal fulfillment as a lifelong learner.

In particular, adult education reflects a specific philosophy about learning and teaching based on the assumption that adults can and want to learn, that they are able and willing to take responsibility for that learning, and that the learning itself should respond to their needs.

The Congolese Assocciation for Congo Development (CACODEV) will be focusing more on proving educattion to the population as education is the backbone of the great development of any country in world. We will be offering eduction in the listed field and more of interest if needed by people.

JOB FAIR

The Congolese Association for Congo Development will be organize job events in order to help people start their new career with their new skills acquired. CACODEV plan also to create some employment in some fields of interest as those that follow.

CACODEV has partners such as BML Business Center, NTKWilliam Productions and BozBlack Productions in order to create some employments and organize job event to help Congolese population.

TECHNICAL TRAININGS

Congolese Association for Congo Development will held some technical training to improve people skills and knowledge in order to be more useful to society.

The world is evolving and technology is change things at higher speed, than people would think. So, we need to update regularly our knowledge through training and seminar so people would be reajusted into society.
