MEMBERSHIP - ADHESION - ESCLUSION OF MEMBERS
Article I: CACODEV has four categories of members namely
- The founding members
- Partner members
- The sympathizing members
- Honors members
Artcle II: Founding members
Are founding members, Mr MUSENGA LUMBALA BAREL and his co-signers of the present statutes
Article III: Effective members
Are effective members, all those took part in the birth of CACODEV alongside its founders on 06/03/2012 and those who have signed the Articles of Association dated 06/03/2012.
Artcle IV: Partners members
Are partner members, physical, moral, networks; structure, all those who subscribe to the provisions of these statutes and who are capable to fill them,
Article V: Honor members
Are a member of honor, any natural or legal person who make outstanding contributions to the pursuit and realization objectives of CACODEV, this high distinction is conferred by the assembly
CACODEV may have national and / or expatriate partners, reside in the Democratic Republic of the Congo or the Diaspora
Article VI: sympathetic members
Are sympathetic members any natural or legal persons who express their sympathy and interest in the structure and contribute effectively promote it OF ACCESSION
ADHESION
Article VII:
Any natural or legal person interested in the objectives of CACODEV having officially submitted its request to the Management Committee and subscribes to the provisions of the bylaws and pays his dues may become partner member of the association
Artcle VIII:
Membership is free, free of will and individual without discrimination
CONTRIBUTIONS
Article IX:
The minimum rate of monthly and annual subscription is set by the Board of Directors, This amount may be adjusted according to the necessities also taking into account the depreciation of the Congolese Francs by foreign currency, after consulting the General Assembly
THE LOSS OF MEMBER QUALITY
Artcle X: Membership is lost through
- The death of the member
- The voluntary resignation
- Exclusion
- The cancellation by the general assembly of CACODEV for gross negligence on the proposal of the Board of Directors.
Article XI:
Membership is strictly personal and can not be assigned inter vivos, nor transmitted because of death, In case of death of a member natural person or to dissolve a legal person, CACODEV will continue to exist between the remaining members.
Artcle XII:
Members are free to withdraw from CACODEV at any time they wish to do so, they shall notify to this effect their resignation by letter addressed to the Management Committee.
Article XIII:
Resigned or excluded members may not cause the dissolution of CACODEV and are not entitled to any restitution of property and given values or the reimbursement of any sum paid by them and can claim no share in the assets of it.
Artcle XIV:
The fallen members, their claims or by the heirs may under any circumstances require the sealing of the property, values or documents of CACODEV or ask for sharing or licitation, nor to interfere in any way in the acts of his administration.
Article XV:
The exclusion of members can be decided only by General Assemblies, by a majority of 2/3, of the Members present reasons such as non-fulfillment of their commitment or the fact of damages brought to CACODEV after hearing or calling for provide explanations, the member who appeared to be the object of this measure.
Members struck may bring proceedings before the Assembly General who will decide by secret ballot and with 2/3 majority of the members present.
